Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time

- Standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

- Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on orders above ₹1999.

- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹89 applies depending on the product and location.

4. Order Tracking

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

- You can track your order through our delivery partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

- The courier will make two delivery attempts.

- If the order is not received or refused, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays

- Delivery delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions

- Festivals and holidays

- Courier partner issues

- Incorrect or incomplete address

We will always try our best to minimize delays.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are accurate.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

- Take clear photos of the package and product

- Contact us within 24 hours at aneedrameshan@yahoo.com

We will review and assist with a replacement or refund based on our return policy.
